About the Instructors
Harry Rodriguez, Founder / Director, 1994 Graduate from Oakcrest High School were he was a four year varsity lettermen. Coach Rodriguez has been playing baseball and managing ball players for more than 27 years. His time tested batting techniques have helped hundreds of players from little league through high school and college ball.
Tri-State NABA League President and also the manager
for the Tri-State Titans traveling team. Rodriguez managed his team
to five-league championships, one runner up title and was part of the NABA World Series Championship Runner Up team in 2008 and 2010. Rodriguez also
managed his baseball team to seven National NABA Tournament

Dan Fimiani Pitching Instructor
Dan Fimiani, Senior at Rutgers Camden University. Graduated from Schalick High School in 2007. Born and raised in Pittsgrove Township. Start playing the game of baseball at the age of 4 and went through the Elmer Little League System. Three year varsity lettermen and the 2007 team captain.
Recruited by NCAA Div III Rutgers Camden to join their pitching staff. Earned NJAC Rookie of the week after throwing 7 1/3 no-hit innings against Nationally ranked TCNJ. In 2007 Fimiani threw a 1-hitter in the Big League New Jersey State Tournament. Currently plays for the Elmer Aces and the Tri State Titans semi pro baseball teams.
Mike Rucci Hitting/Camp Instructor
Three time All-American at Rowan University and a member of the Coastal Plains All-Decade team.
Played two seasons with the Independent League New Jersey Jackals
In his senior year at Rowan, Rucci batted .386 with 10 homeruns and 58 RBI. He claimed many honors including New Jersey College Baseball Association player of the week, NJAC player of the week, American Baseball Coaches Association All-America second team, ABCA Mid-Atlantic Region first team and the Eastern College Athletic Conference All-Star team.
